I'm a working actor who also works as a crew member on film and TV. The location, and the relationship here with the landlord is extremely important to me.
The other roommate works 5am to 8pm most days as a construction supervisor on film and TV, and lives upstate weekends and holidays, so he's SUPER low impact.
We have a very quiet ZERO drama, ZERO excuses situation here. We just need someone who wants a peaceful spot, who can pay rent on time and prove it.
We are both native NYers, and will always be straight, and upfront with you, and ask the same.

Queen Sized Bedroom Close to 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, C trains, Prospect Park, Museum etc.
Hi there,
We are looking for a new roommate here in this 3BR 1BA in Prospect Heights. Close to Prospect Park, Museum, Botanical, every possible convenience within two blocks including pharmacy, hardware, multiple large grocery, take out, sit down, bars. 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, C trains.
Room overlooks a quiet, enclosed courtyard so no street noise. Closet is huge.
Usually people stay here for a couple years at least. We are absolutely looking for longterm. It's a great situation in a beautiful location. Quiet, and that's the way everyone in the building is, always.

1) What do you do?
2) Schedule-ish?

You: Drama free (seriously), know how to live in NYC (zero pest creating behavior under any circumstances), have a job and things to do outside the apartment (no freelancers, no part timers please).
