Large room $750 a month, Bushwick!
One large room for rent in a 3 bedroom/1 bath Bushwick loft style. Private entrance, 2 large windows, lots of light. Off the Bushwick/Aberdeen L and Chauncey J trains, 15 min walk to the A/C/E at Broadway Junction. $1,975 total to move in (first month, security, fee) then only $750 a month! This is a steal for this size bedoom. You will be living with me, a Photographer/artist who has a job to help pay the bills, and a midwest cool guy who is a Biomedical Engineer/comedian and a little grey cat, Marty Mcfly. No other pets allowed. Looking for our third to be responsible, have your own thing going on and clean up after yourself. 420 friendly. Will be showing the place this Wednesday (8/22) 1-3pm and Thursday (8/23) 6-8 pm. If those times do not work, please check with me and I will try to arrange.
