Both of my roommates are leaving our 3-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy as of December 1st, and I need two other good people to sign a one-year lease beginning on that date.
About the space: It's a beautiful, newly-renovated space a few blocks from the Halsey stop on the J train, and a short walk from the C train at Ralph ave as well as the L train at Bushwick-Aberdeen. 3-bedroom apartment, central air/heat, laundry in the basement, rooftop access, friendly neighbors, cool neighborhood, etc. It's very reasonably priced at $800/mo (plus utilities, obviously)
About me: I'm a musician (I play saxophone, flute and clarinet, and I produce music). I often practice when I'm home during the day, so this has to be okay with you (I always keep it to reasonable hours, would never practice late at night, etc.). I'm a very friendly/sociable person, and I'm interested in finding roommates who share a creative spirit and a desire to live in a space that feels warm & welcoming to everyone who lives in it.

Hey everyone!
My name is Noah and I'm looking for two roommates starting January 1st for a nice place in Bed-Stuy. It's right off the J train at Halsey Street, and like a 10-15 min walk from the C at Ralph Ave. I'm a musician (I play saxophone, & practicing is a big part of my life so if you're spending lots of time at home that's something to keep in mind), & would love to live with some other creative folks - but open to living with anyone who's cool and respectful (I vow to try to be cool and respectful in return!). I've been living here for 10 years, so obviously the place has some things going for it.
