Hi all! Private bedroom and bathroom in two bedroom beautiful loft in Williamsburg - I’m looking for someone to take over my lease that ends June 30th as I’m moving out of state. It’s a beautiful, luxury loft building on the Williamsburg waterfront, steps away from the best bars and restaurants, a block from McCarren Park. The building has laundry, a gym, and virtual concierge. I am so sad to leave this beautiful apartment as it’s truly been an oasis for me. You’ll be living with a female in her early 30s who works in tech - she loves cooking and music, we’d chill and have dinner and wine/go out together on occasion and would be happy to do that with whoever replaces me as well. She’s also respectful of space if you prefer to do your own thing. Utilities to be paid are electric and internet.
