Hello potential housemate!

Our apartment-home makeup is we're friendly, working professionals. We're easy and available to communicate with, while respectful of space and that we're all busy, relaxing or whatever we choose. Understandably, also clean up after ourselves, responsible, and you're provided while contributing to a comfy home.

Regarding my age and as a disclaimer I'm not 35. Regarding age range preferred, it is 20-60.
The more important preference to us for those renting a room in our apartment, is home-wise you're happy and get along well with your new housemates.

Tho some buildings/Apts don't have what we got, and we haven't luxury things, our bldg/Apt does have some basics like, elevator, live-in Super, clean & full bathroom, kitchen the same, with a microwave too, and separated living room-room, and all who see it say it's nice!

The large room fits a queen or full bed and pictured. Just refreshed, paint&floor, it has two windows and a full-size, very high in height closet, so very good for storage too.

Regarding our neighborhood, we have so many popular and convenient retail stores, gyms, a laundry with kind and helpful ladies-employees with drop-off service in only half a block, restaurants of all types who deliver also, specialty and organic grocers, out the door A-line express subway, limited-stop buses via one regular fare straight to midtown, and large parks in all directions, literally. They're at our feet west, east, south, plus north of us, the tailored gardens-forest, with paths to hike, walk or run, grassy hang-out areas to play or chill, Cloisters building park, with pretty Hudson River views.
