We have one of best units in the entire building...honestly, probably the 2nd best one.
You would get the middle sized bedroom & share a bathroom with one guy...but there are 3 bathrooms = 2 showers... so getting in the bathroom will never be an issue.
Overall, it's 1k+ sq. feet & fully furnished, there are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer in the unit, 2 decks, dishwasher, garbage disposal, garbage unit on our floor, central air/heat, carpet, wifi, digital cable, PS4, lala box, full kitchen, wine fridge, 2 big speakers, 3 TVs, liquor counter, 2 printers, gated & security @ front desk building, free shuttle, 5 minute walk to South Street, 10 minute walk to Harbor Street Park, 15 minute walk to Italian Market, $7 Uber to the stadium complex, $10 Uber to center city, building does have a free shuttle for residences.
The place is fully furnished.
On the 4th floor there is a gym, pool, hot tub, pool room, outside party area on the Delaware River, kitchen & club room that is -- YES 24 hours.
The views are draw dropping.

A single GUY in his late 20s-late 40s.
Successful, not cheap, acts like a professional bus still likes to have fun.
Someone who wants to do stuff with his roommates... more or less we are looking for someone who is also cool to hang out with, a friend, not just somebody who happens to live or rent there.
Someone, who respects privacy, noise levels and knowing when it's cool to chill, when it's time to have fun!
Communicates with the roommates before making house decisions.
When the time is right, likes to drink, meet girls, go to games, bars, trips, down the shore, etc.
*** HOUSE RULES:
Basic adult stuff...
If you make a mess, clean it up in a timely manner - Always clean up before you leave the house.
Do weekly, around the house stuff, as a team without having to be asked - swiffer, sweep, vacuum, trash, clean the microwave, whatever needs to be done...obvious stuff. Teamwork - we all clean up for each other.
Team player - house needs something we all use - pick it up. House needs to be cleaned up - do it.
Respect your roommates privacy, no loud noise in the house between 4am-12noon has worked out good for us.
