I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia but have lived in NYC for over two years now. My boyfriend, Carter, and I share a bedroom in our two bedroom apartment and we are looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. We enjoy just hanging out and would love a roommate that liked being somewhat social at home. Carter and I like to spend time in central park, go to concerts, and workout in our free time. We are both super laid back. We’ll be working 9-6 on the weekdays so most nights we’ll be chillin’ at home cooking bomb food and watching Netflix or sports (especially football). We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and fun. Lease term is flexible but we would prefer a 1 year lease.

Adorable Apartment One Block From 1,2,3 and A,C,E and Central Park
My boyfriend and I are looking for a clean and considerate roommate to fill the second bedroom in our Upper West Side apartment. This 2 bed, 1 bath apartment is on the 6th floor of an awesome building overlooking 72nd Street and Columbus Ave. The bedroom itself has plenty of space for a full or queen bed and a dresser and/or desk. You’ll have a closet to yourself in the hallway. There is a AC unit in your bedroom. The building has a 24/7 doorman, washer and dryers in the basement, and multiple elevators. Only one block from the 1, 2, 3 and A, C, E subway lines as well as a block from Trader Joe’s, Central Park, and a ton of restaurants and gyms. All utilities (WiFi, water, electricity) are included in rent. Living room and kitchen are furnished. We both work 9-6 on the weekdays and enjoy hanging out at home, drinking beer, and cooking.
