No Fee Modern Apartment Room for Rent on Upper East Side $1530/Month
My sister and I are looking for a responsible, financially stable, and tidy roommate to share our three-flex-four bedroom suite located at 91st St and 2nd Ave.
• The room available is the master bedroom and is the one on the far right on the attached floor plan. It is the largest bedroom in the apartment and comes with the most privacy. The rent is $1530/month.
• Apartment features: Two bathrooms, hardwood floors, large windows with blinds in every room, full kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher), large linen closet with vacuum cleaner, pantry with plenty of cabinet space, living room, and adjustable heaters/air conditioners in all bedrooms. Shower has excellent water pressure. Garbage chute located in hallway outside apartment. Bookshelf and communal dining table with plenty of chairs included in common room.
• Building amenities: Laundry room, elevators, 24-hour doorman and security desk, maintenance staff, lobby area, community room, package room, secure bike room, and mail room.
• Very close to public transportation. M15 downtown bus stops in front of building. Q train entrance two minutes away, 4/5/6 train entrance ten minutes away.
• Quiet and pedestrian-friendly Upper East Side location with plenty of restaurants, clinics, hobby shops, delis, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gyms within a two-block radius.
• Adjacent to a park and a car-free street.
• Rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, heat, and water.)
• No broker fee.
• Apart from the rent, we also equally split the internet bill and the cost of communal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent). We also hire a professional cleaning service each month to clean the common areas (living room, kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms), and we split the cost equally among roommates.
• Lease is for July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. An extension through June 30, 2021 is possible if desired.
• First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month of rent are required at the time of lease signing.
• Must be full-time employed with an annual salary at least 40 times the monthly rent for the room. Please provide proof of employment and salary and copy of ID.
• Please no smokers, no pets, no couples, no overnight guests longer than three consecutive days.
• Please be tidy (keeping tabletops, sinks, and counters clear of personal belongings when not in use, don’t leave dirty clothes in the bathrooms, etc).
