My name is Suzie, and I'm trying to find a roommate to take my space in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You'd have your own room and a shared bathroom, and there is some furniture in the room that you'd be more than welcome to keep if you don't have any to bring in on your own. The other two people who currently live here are Halle and Breanna, and they're both really cool.
1 bedroom with shared bathroom available for rent near downtown Culver City, just off Venice Boulevard. Room can come partially furnished, if you're interested. (Full sized bed, 5 shelf bookcase, small chest of drawers.)
Price listed is an approximation of rent ($1026.50) plus utilities (electric, gas, internet) per month.
Apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1 parking space is negotiable, to be discussed with current residents. Pets are welcome, but pet rent is to be negotiated on an as-needed basis with building management.
