About Me

Looking for a roommate to search with. Want to move into a two or bedroom apartment in Upper West Side, Morningside Heights, Harlem, East Harlem or the Upper East Side. I plan to move to NYC in late July or early August. I am trying to spend around (more or less) 1,300 per month.

My name is Rashaad and I am a teacher at a school on the upper east side. I am fairly a quiet presence in the living space (except I do like to play music occasionally). Though, I would like to have a roommate who I can have occasional conversations with. It is important to me that we keep our communal spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc) clean. I love to cook and watch tv, but most of the time I will be probably doing work or sleeping haha! Outside of the house, I like to go to restaurants, concerts, festivals, tennis, basketball, gym, bars/clubs, and overall try new things.

Prefer to live with a man (but open to all!) Looking to live with someone who is sociable, respectful, and considerate. Good communication is also a big thing for me (especially related to visitors, expenses and cleaning) Also looking for a non smoker in the apartment.

If we sound like a good match, you know of someone or have some good apartment recommendations, please send me a message!

My maximum monthly budget 1,400
Move in Date Aug 2019
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 24
Occupation Educator

Relationship Status Single

We think Rashaad would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
