Hello, I am a recent college grad looking for a young professional roommate. I plan on moving into a place in August 2019.
I am looking for a nice apartment in a safe area. I have been looking at West Harlem or Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. I would consider any borough other than staten island or queens.
My budget is around ($1100 - $1400). So a 2 bedroom apartment around $2300 would be ideal.
