Single Professional seeking same to share apartment - Close to subway & bus - no broker fee

Roommate wanted to share 50/50 a 3 bedroom apartment in Astoria, NY.
Occupancy is July 1 or sooner if preferable.
We will share the 3rd smaller bedroom for whatever you like. you can use it for storage or put a desk and computer in there. Which is what I will be doing, both actually.
Every room in the apartment will be furnished with almost new living room and big screen TV. You only need to furnish your bedroom (13 1/2 by 9 1/2 feet) and if you want to put anything in the 3rd bedroom. This room has a huge closet and storage for you to use by yourself.
The living room is fully furnished. I have supplied a microwave for the kitchen which is also fully stocked with essentials. You would have full access to the big screen television and furniture in living room. The 3rd bedroom will have a closet for you as well. Cable is available for your bedroom as well. All that is needed is another box from Spectrum as it is already wired.
We would split everything 50/50. Rent is $2800 which we will both pay $1400. Utilities are included with the electric bill paid by the landlord until it reaches $150 per month. Anything over that we split and pay. Cable is available but not included. It is in a great area, a couple of houses off 30th Ave.
It is a 7 minute walk to subway and bus stops right on the corner. Only 5 short blocks to Steinway Street. Close to all kinds of shops and stores. Great food and nightlife everywhere. rental includes full use of common area as well as dishwasher and outdoor grill for cooking
