My roommate, Ben, is in his late 20s. He's an EMT pursuing graduate school. He is high energy, fun, and extroverted. He's a runner/tennis/ultimate frisbee player and loves Tarantino, Peaky Blinders, and The Godfather.
We both clean, social, enjoy having friends over, being active, and having drinks on the weekends but wouldn’t describe ourselves as partiers. We don’t smoke or use any sort of drugs nor do we want to live in a house where that's a regular thing.
We’ve enjoyed living at Lincoln Place for a year and are looking for a great person to join after landing this rare 3 bedroom with a balcony, bigger rooms, and lower rent.

AWESOME APT IN VENICE - SPACIOUS, PRIME LOCATION, BALCONY, POOL, & GYM
Looking for a fun, outgoing, and all-around awesome roommate to share a great 3-bed, 2-bath apartment. The apartment is a second floor corner unit at Lincoln Place with lots of light. The furnished living room is spacious with a balcony and open kitchen. Your unfurnished bedroom is 11x14 (154 sq. ft.), has its own closet, and can comfortably fit a queen-size bed. Our apartment has larger bedrooms compared to most Lincoln Place apartments. The apartment has air conditioning, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.
Rent includes all of the Lincoln Place amenities— pool, 2 floor-gym, rooftop terrace, grills, and more — just a short walk away. Apartment is a 2 min walk from Ralphs and close to Whole Foods, Abbott Kinney, the beach, and all the rest Venice has to offer.
The rent for the month is $1495 + utilities (fast wifi, gas, electricity, water, renter’s insurance) + deposit. Parking space in an enclosed and covered lot is included.
Room is available starting on August 30, 2020. Included apartment photos are our current 2 bedroom. They layout of the main room and kitchen in the new 3-bed apartment is almost identical but with the addition of a medium-sized balcony.
