Just moved from Washington, D.C. to NYC for a new job and am looking for a more permanent place! My move in date is flexible, however I would prefer to find a place asap (so I can stop crashing on my friends couch!) I'm a clean as I go kind of person, so I like to keep common areas neat and not leave dishes in the sink for too long. During the week I'm usually pretty low key, but I like to go out on the weekends. I love trying out new restaurants, checking out happy hours in the area and finding live music spots.
