I am 24 years old I have two boys they 2&3 I’m outgoing fun but also like to be to myself , I moved into this apartment back in February I did have a roommate we were friends but I had to let her go because to many dudes in an out and drugs were being used I don’t like that 420 friendly but not in the house on the balcony is fine ! I’m just in a so so position Bearly got a full time job back I am at work most of the time n my kids are in daycare but they also leave to their dads every other week for 5 days ! I stay to myself for the most point but I am nice and very understanding person pets are welcomed ! If you have kids that is fine as you see I have two kids , but the room is open for anyone male female gay straight it don’t matter ! I can also work w you if your budget is lower then 600 , I don’t like the area I am in but it has to do for now I mainly stay inside unless I am at work ! It does say month to month but can stay as long as you would like my lease is up in February! After that I am moving to a better area! Message me if interested :)

It’s a pretty decent apartment you would have your own bathroom /room living room doesn’t have a couch or anything in it or dinning room table in the process of getting a table I stay in my room mainly so been debating about getting a couch I don’t ever have company once in awhile but that’s it does have a dishwasher washer n dryer I included it would be 650 a month I use SRP for my lights maybe only like 15/20 every other week for that I pay the gas bill DONT have to worry about that just the rent n the 15 every other week for the lights
