My name is Gabriela, but you can call me Gabi!
I’m 25 years old Brazilian girl who’s about to move to New York to study Musical Theatre at NYFA! I was born in Rio de Janeiro, a big, beautiful, and beach surrounded city, but now I’m looking forward to living in this amazing concrete jungle.
I graduated in Graphic Design in college, and I’ve been doing some freelance work in this area since then, but my passion is and has always been the theatre. I’ve been studying singing and acting since really young and now it’s time to get serious and take it to the next step!

I love to travel and I’ve had the opportunity to go to many wonderful places around the world. I lived in Germany for one month, in the house of a family and in that period I studied german and got in contact with different people from different cultures. It was the most amazing experience.
I’ve also lived in Orlando, during my college, when I joined a summer program, working at Animal Kingdom, at Walt Disney World. I lived there for three months, sharing a place with five other girls. My roommate from that time is now one of my best friends! That was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. I met amazing people, learned how to live by myself and how to manage a home, as challenging as it was.
I have family that lived in Atlanta for a while and now they live in Miami. I’m looking forward to moving to the US and being closer to them as well.

I’m very easy going, organized and responsible and love to be around people and to make new friends. I love watching movies and listening good music. Netflix and Spotify are my best friends, no doubt. I guess I can’t live without them! lol I’m really determined and I’m sure that the times to come will change my life in an amazing way.
