I currently live in this apt with my boyfriend but I am planning on moving out due to relocation so I will no longer will be living in this space. However, my boyfriend will be living in one of the bedrooms. We have a new girl moving in March 1 st who moved here from Amsterdam and is a lawyer. She is very respectful, nice, clean and enjoys cooking a lot. They are both very respectful of each other’s space Andy accommodating. The room listed is currently being used as my dressing room but you can fit a full size bed plus a dress comfortably.

Small sized room available to rent March 1. Located on South 2nd and Havemeyer. Close to both the L train Lorimer Stop (7 min walk) and JMZ Marcy Ave Stop (5 min walk). Recently Gut Renovated with floor to floor Hardwood Flooring. Each Bedroom Has a Closet and a Window. Large living room as a common area. Kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances: Dishwasher , Fridge, Gas Stove, and Granite countertops. Heat and Hot Water is included. Gas, electric, and cable/internet is roughly $70/month each depending on usage.
To Move In: 1st month + 1 deposit.
Small sized room is 10 ft x 8 ft ($1150 month to month) Currently being used as a dressing room but fits a full sized bed and a dresser drawer comfortably.

I will be moving out of my apt and there is 2 roommates currently that will be living in the apt. One is a girl who just moved here from Amsterdam and is currently a lawyer and the other person is a guy who is a working professional working in the marketing field in fashion. They are both very clean, respectful, and not crazy party people. All respect each other’s space but knows how to have fun on the weekends but never brings the party to the house.
