THE LOCATION IS KEY: 3 min train ride into Manhattan. Right off of Bedford Ave on North 8th street, a prime spot in the heart of Williamsburg, walking distance from everything you could think of. The block is tree lined and residential with an amazing Polish bakery right next door, a Juice Press, Egg Shop, and Sweet Chick, the most amazing chicken and waffle joint on earth.
The apartment is on the first floor, which makes it very convenient for moving in, and also makes you feel like you own the place, going right out the door to chill on the stoop and smell the fresh bread from the bakery.
If you rent this room, you’ll look back when you’re older and say, “I remember the good ol’ days when I lived on North 8th street. Nothing beat that place.”
