LARGE PPRIVATE ROOM IN BUSHWICK / AVAIL DEC 1 / UTILITIES INCLUDED
Looking to fill a room in our 3 bedroom apt starting July 1, 2021. $1200 UTILITIES INCLUDED. Comes with some furniture if you want! Located on Bushwick/Bed Stuy border on Bushwick Ave. We’re located off the J Halsey Stop (3 blocks) and L is nearby & two stops away from Broadway Junction (A,C,L,J,Z). I've been in this neighborhood for a few years and love it - awesome vibe/community and great nightlife spots, but quiet when you need it! Very walkable.
The room is big enough for a queen sized bed, desk and a couple dressers (see pictures), also has a closet. We have laundry in the unit which is huge luxury.
Who you’ll be living with:
2 queer roommates, one on your floor, the other on the main floor, shared bathroom. Ages 34 and 39, both currently working in fitness and creative fields. Both wonderful roommates and down to socialize.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Monthly rent + 1 month deposit. Open to short term as well. No couples.
