One of our room mates is moving out August 1st. We have resigned the lease and are looking for someone to sign for the next year. There are three people staying. The house is a newly renovated 3 floor townhouse total square feet 1300 with 2.5 baths. The master bedroom is shared by my girl friend and me on first floor. There is a split kitchen and living room also on first floor. Downstairs there is a larger living area. The room available is upstairs next to 3rd roommate. We have a bathroom as part of the master bedroom and there is another that is shared between the upstairs room mates. There is also a single toilet sink in the basement. We have 3 cats. Laundry downstairs is down stairs and we also have central air. We are a minute walk from from many busses/subway like the 88/80 to lechmere, CT2, 86, and 91 to central. 10 minute walk to sullivan square (orange line). We're friends from college and high school like to play board games and watch movies. I have a celiac disease and cook most of my food we have a grill in the back. There is parking on the street however it turns into permit parking at night. We have visitor passes and it s possible to park on the street.
