I am looking to fill the second bedroom of my 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a private deck in the back with a grill (and kiddie pool at the moment as it is hot!!). There is free laundry in the building. There are only 3 units in the building. Newly renovated bathroom. The location is great - steps from the j/m/z at Marcy avenue and a short walk to the Lorimer stop on the L. The neighborhood is awesome - so many great restaurants, bars, boutiques just steps away. Grocery store 2 blocks away. Retro fitness 3 blocks away. Also, short walk to whole foods, apple store etc on Bedford.
Option to buy bed from my current roommate.
