Room Available In a Beautiful 3 Bedroom Silverlake Home
Private bedroom available for rent in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Silver Lake. We're looking for a commitment of 6 months or more, but could be open to shorter term. We are in our late 20s to early 30s (working musicians and a young professional). Looking for the right fit, ideally someone with a day job.
House is walking distance from Sunset Junction, Silverlake Reservoir, and plenty of really great bars and restaurants. The back deck has an AMAZING view.
There are two very nice kitties living here.
Rent is $1300 a month with a deposit of $1500 to move in. Bills come to about $150 a month. We've got a washer/dryer & a driveway!
