Tyne O - $1,100/month

Hello! My name is Tyne (like time, with an n) and I am looking for a roommate! I just moved to LA in early September, and I've been staying with my brother, but I'd love to find my own place in the next month or so. I work at a small, creative ad agency in Hollywood, and I'm hoping to live in the West LA area. As a roommate, I'm not a neat freak, but I'm respectful of shared spaces and will always clean up after myself. I'm a pretty laid back person and I'm very non-confrontational, but I'm always down for open communication about any issues that may arise. I usually work from 9-6ish, so I'll be gone most of the week, but free on weekends. Since I'm new to the area, I'll likely be down to explore the city in pursuit of a good spot to grab a cup of coffee or an old fashioned. I don't currently have any pets, but as I grew up always having a furry companion (or three) in my home, I'd love to be able to get a cat, and/or I'm super pet friendly and able to live with your pet.
