**Looking for an April 1st Apartment in the UES**
I currently live in Park Slope in Brooklyn, but since I work in the Upper East Side, I am really trying to find a place in that area. I'm looking for subletting opportunities where I have the potential to take over the lease, OR if I meet another person that would like to sign an apartment in the Upper East Side, I'm open to the idea of meeting you!

I've been in the city for 1 1/2 years now, so I don't really feel that new to the city anymore, and am looking to settle down in an apartment for a solid amount of time. I like to go out for drinks, but definitely enjoy a quiet night in with netflix and some wine of course. I like to go to museums, exercise, and like to hang out outside as much as I can during the warmer weather months! I clean up after myself whenever I cook, and I would expect the same. I'm personally more of a clean freak than a messy person, but I do understand that having a spotless apartment isn't too common while living with another person.
