I'm easy going, I enjoy video games occasionally, binge watching Netflix, and trying new things to cook.

I own my own 3 bd, 2 ba townhouse in Newport Beach, and I'm looking for a roommate to make it a bit more affordable. It has a heated pool (almost year round). And is walking distance from the beach. About a 10 min walk. I try to walk down to the beach almost every night when the weather is nice.

I love all animals, so I'm open to pets as well (some restrictions apply lol) I'm a clean person in general. I'll keep the common area's spotless, but my office will often be messy, not dirty, but messy. :) I have a housekeeper that comes once a month to clean everything. Usually the last week of the month (8am-Noon).

I'm open to any age/gender, etc. I've had both male and female roommates. My female roommates tended to be cleaner and the house smelled nicer, so not to say I have a preference, but there is definitely an advantage towards one side. ;)

I'm also open to any range of "you do you, and I'll do me" to being friends. Whatever you're more comfortable with.

I'm pretty quiet as well, and bit on the introverted side. Though visitors, overnight "guests" are totally cool with me, in moderation. ;)

I'd prefer quiet hours Su(pm)-Fri(am) ~ 10/11pm - 7am'ish. With exceptions on a case by case basis. Like I said, I'm pretty easy going.

I kinda hate smoking of any kind. Cig/Vape/420/etc. Just the smell or eye irritation bugs me now. It's just one of those things I've lost tolerance for as I've gotten older. Otherwise 420 edible friendly...no problems there. I have no issue with alcohol either. I'm not a huge drinker. I can range from months without drinking to Sunday Funday pub crawls.
