Hello,

I live in this awesome 2 bed 2.5 bath condo and looking for a nice and clean roommate. Preferably female or gay male. I work 5-6 days, long hours and till late (till 12am-1am), so if you have a regular daytime job, you probably won’t see me much. I usually go to bed as soon as I get home. I'm chill, reliable, work in hospitality & no drama in my life. My current roommate is moving out to live with her BF, so this will be available on 9/1/2020.

Your bedroom - located on 2nd floor. Has walk-in closet and window, your bathroom is connected to your room!
Your bathroom - all new everything! Floor, tub(nice and deep to soak in!), paint, vanity, all fixtures. It's been remodeled less than a year ago.

- Washer and Dryer are in unit. ( you can do laundry when you are sleeping !)
- Central AC/Heat and has fireplace in living room.
- Gated underground parking . Tandem. Lots of street parking is also available around this area.
- New kitchen.
- New powder room on 1st floor .
- 6 unit condo. (You don’t have to walk a mile to get to your unit)

I know this is a strange time.. I don't hang out many people at this time. I only approve myself to hangout with a few people, my 2 best friends who have a baby & 7 years old daughter. I trust them and have to be safe for them, too. I'm very careful about social distancing. I always wash hands as soon as I get home.

I'm grew up in Japan, so I don’t wear shoes in my house. I hope you can do the same too!
