Available Room for Rent
1 Bedroom in 2 Bedroom -- Fully furnished, friendly roomie
Hey! Looking for someone to take over my roommate's room in our 2 bedroom. Lease goes through end of May (with possibility to stay for June -- landlord is flexible). Room opens Jan 16, but I would also consider up to a Feb. 1 move in.
The room itself is decent sized (fits bed, a dresser, has a closet), and comes with a futon and tiny dresser (or those can be removed if you prefer). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. It's a great apartment -- big kitchen, nicely painted living room.
Rent is $1000/mo with no extra fees. I provide internet, cable, HBO, and Netflix.
It's a five min walk from the Kingston 3 stop in Crown Heights, and is also in walking distance of the 2/4/5, as well as the C. Chill, safe area, and a quick walk to Franklin, which has lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
