Room in Manvel
I'm not going to lie it's not a great place. There's not really any amenities and no ac but it's liveable with a roof, electricity, and working plumbing and would be perfect for someone with a low budget and limited other options. I'm hoping to find a roommate for this place who is interested in working towards renting a better place in the future with me but that isn't a requirement. The rent would be$250 a month paid biweekly so $125 every two weeks plus half of the electricity bill. If you want wifi we could definitely get it set up and split that as well.
