Greenpoint abode
We're 2 laid back roommates from Michigan looking for a replacement for our 3rd. It's 1 room in a 3 bedroom 3rd floor apartment in Greenpoint. There's a lot of gorgeous natural light and a big common space. We have a large kitchen (and a dishwasher, woohoo!), 2 bathrooms, and a great landlord who lives downstairs with his family. It's a pretty quiet apartment, we like going out but we keep home as our zen sanctuary. We're a solid walk from the trains, 10 minutes to the G and 15 to the L, but it's a quiet block and close enough to all the Williamsburg action without the busy bar scene. If you really despise walking, there's a stop for the B48 bus just around the corner. We're looking for someone who doesn't mind being social but is respectful of others. Typical roommate stuff...participating in keeping the apartment clean and not being 'that' annoying roommate. Interested in seeing more? Let's talk!
