I moved to New York because my friends moved here - I'm very focused on meeting people and relationships. When I arrived, because of my extensive background in international issues and LGBT rights, I found the perfect job at OutRight Action International. There I help fundraise for global LGBTIQ rights - so I am very involved in the fundraising circuit in New York - and often go to events and activities around the city. I'm pretty involved, but also am interested right now in building more solid friendships.

I'm also very focused on experiencing New York - i don't spend much time at home (except to re-charge). I'm often staying with friends in other parts of the city and I don't spend more than an hour a week watching TV (except maybe in winter). Weekdays I attend events most evenings (or have dinners) and weekends I am often traveling, if not exploring some new event, party or activity.
