Hi I'm Abe. I’m a West Coast transplant moving to Brooklyn to manage a development project. I’m looking to find roommate or two to find a great 2BR/3BR. My max budget is around $3,000 for my share.

Neighborhoods: Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, or Gowanus (open to others if the place is special.

The Vibe & Lifestyle

I work 12–15 hour days on-site, so I rarely WFH. You’ll have the place to yourself a lot.

Cleanliness: This is my main priority. Because my work life is chaotic, I need home to be a recharge station. I keep shared spaces very clean and organized and am looking for someone similar.

Social: Happy to hang out, introduce you to friends, or explore the city, but I’m equally comfortable doing our own thing.

I don’t have any pets. Looking to sign a 12–15 month lease.
