Hi future roommie!!!
About me:
I'm either a lot of energy or none! When I'm at work (hair stylist), I'm talking to people all day so when I come home I usually need an hour or so to unwind, then I can be social. I like being a part of a household and would love a roommate that wants that too. I have my own life, but want to be friendly and have convos with my roommie and be able to chill and have people over from time to time. (not too much as like to be chill on my own too)
I have a dog (Prancer, chihuahua) and a cat (batman) that I love more than anything! I totally talk to them and I can be loud at times. I'm fun, generous, loving, caring, creative, thoughtful, outgoing etc. I cut hair at home sometimes and may have friends over from time to time, but nothing excessive and I'd like to have the same in a roommate. My current roommate that is moving out basically lives in his bedroom and I have found that isn't what I want in a roommate. I want to live with someone who wants to be a part of the household! Hopefully I'll meet my new roommie soon! See ya on the flip side!
also... the rent includes all utilities!!!! House is fully furnished! Bedroom for rent is not.

Closest train 1.5 blocks away!: L dekalb, also close: M knickerbocker or central.
Apartment is totally renovated, private bedroom, virtual doorman, secure building, second floor unit, has exposed brick, track lighting, recessed lighting, granite countertops, SS appliances, dishwasher, hardwood floors, fully tiled bathroom, new tub/toilet/vanity/mirror etc, modern fixtures! You will not find a better deal than this in this neighborhood or any other hood! I've lived here for 5 years in the same apt and haven't been able to find anything comparable in an area I would live in.
