Josh C - $800/month

I'm a fairly quirky, easy-going guy. I like to watch TV, play video games/TTRPGs, bake, draw, read, hike, do community theatre, and workout.

I currently have three jobs: a baker, an Uber Eats delivery driver, and an indie voice actor. I set up a studio in my room and record for all kinds of projects from animations to audiobooks.

I keep mostly to myself, but do like to be social once in a while. However, I'm very much an introvert and need my quiet/chill time. I don't like unexpected guests, particularly if I need to record. But as long as we communicate, it shouldn't be a problem. If there's ever a problem, I'm quick to say something and resolve it in a calm, mature manner.

My goal is to be a kind, safe roommate who keeps a warm, happy home. I'd like someone chill, polite, fun-loving, and perhaps a fellow artist/nerd like myself or who doesn't mind living with one! Doing things together once in a while like getting dinner, watching a show, or playing a game would be nice! As San Diego's fairly expensive, I'd be open to finding a third roommate if it'll open up more options for cheaper rent and a nicer place.
