Setting this up for my roommate. (Im a gal, he's a guy).

I am seeking someone to takeover my room in this apt (Im on the lease). This place is fab and I love the neighborhood. I have lived with my roommate for 3 years and he is grand. I got a great offer to look after a friend's studio apartment while he is away for a year, otherwise I wouldn't be moving.

Its ground floor with a huge backyard, which is private. The building is small (only 8 units 2/floor). Its really quiet (very little traffic on the block, and the backyard helps).

2 Bedrooms on opposite ends of the apt (common space is in the middle) - separate entrances too!

Very chill and great apartment near to Barclays Center (all the trains! 10 min to Manhattan, and tons of bars and restaurants and cool stuff in Brooklyn). The neighborhood is Boerum Hill/Gowanus. (Although some of the new condos on the end of the block are being called "Park Slope").
