This rental includes 1 upstairs large FURNISHED bedroom, shared bathroom (with 1 person), shared kitchen, and upstairs open sitting area (that has good lighting from outside). This rental is for 1 person (women applicants only please).

The large furnished bedroom is in a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. It has closet space. There is also a large back yard with a patio that is available for your use. Modern kitchen. Two blocks away from a local park. Just a few miles from Downtown Decatur (with restaurants and shopping), Agnes Scott College, and Emory University. Uber and Lyft in the area. Bus route is on the same block as the home. This space is great for anyone looking for a peaceful and very clean place to live.

As of now, I live by myself (but looking for 2 other roommates). I am fairly quiet, I don't drink, smoke, or listen to loud music. I ask for the same for all those in the home.

FYI, I have 2 friendly cats (who won't be in your room). Also, this home has outdoor modern cameras with an alarm system.
