No drama please. I like open communication on all, and do not need anyone too demanding.

My apartment is prewar, with high ceilings, arched doorways, great closets with built in shelves.

I do my best to make a guest comfy, then you are off to do your own thing.

Friendly, but not intrusive. I was raised to greet someone when you enter a room or home, and I subscribe to that. Make sure you have what you need, then I'm back online.

I'm a non smoker and do not allow, smoking, weed, K2 or drugs of any kind in my apartment.

No pets ( I'm allergic)

Feel free to enjoy your wine, beer or any libations, so long as you clean up. No excessive drinking and no partying while in the space.

I offer full use of the kitchen and appliances. Have fun, just clean up when you finish.
