Hi! I've been living in New York for 4 years (in Kip's Bay) and I'm looking to move to a new part of the city, preferably the Upper East, and to upgrade a bit from my current flex unit. I work in consulting so I travel a lot for work but when I'm home I'm definitely an easygoing, courteous roommate! I'm clean but not a neat freak and would want a roommate who's the same way. I'm not home a ton but I've also always enjoyed the occasional movie night or having a glass of wine with my roommates.

I have a flexible move date between May 1 and September 1, and I own the living room furniture in my existing place (couch, TV, table, wine rack, etc.) so would be all set to furnish a new apartment!
