Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the East Village. Looking for someone for an immediate move in, or any time between now and January 1st.
Ideally I'd like someone that can double as a friend. I'm pretty laid back and usually up for anything. I love fitness, food, traveling, and trader joes (can't leave that one out). I usually don't go out during the week, but I'm always up for exploring what the city has to offer or popping open a bottle of wine. The weekend is either exploring the city, going out, Netflix, really whatever I'm up for.

East Village 2 Bed/1Bath on 2nd Avenue
I have an awesome 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in the East Village between 7th and Saint Marks Place! It's in a walk-up building, but only two flights up. This would be for the smaller of the two rooms, but both bedrooms have a closet and window, fit queen beds + a dresser, and if you're as excited as I am about counter space, you'll love the kitchen. The pictures of the room posted would be your room as well as your closet, I put my queen mattress and a small shelving unit I have in there for scale. The dresser would fit next to the closet. There is a ton of counter space and storage (but sadly no dishwasher or laundry) and a decent sized living room. Rent is $3195 total, and the smaller room would be $50 less a month, so $1573/month. Security deposit is one month's rent split evenly.
The apartment is for a December 1st move in (can be flexible for 12/15 or January 1st as well) on a 12 month lease. I'm down to earth and looking for a roommate I can hang out with. Most of my close friends live outside of the city, so I'm definitely looking for a new partner in crime to workout/stuff my face/go out/share my awkward bumble dates with. I love wine, good food, fitness/anything outdoors, and Trader Joe's (can't leave that one out). I tend to stay in and chill most of the time during the week, but I'm always up for exploring what the city has to offer or opening a bottle of wine. The weekends I'm happy either exploring the city, going out, Netflix, really anything depending on the mood.
