I’m 23. I work in a SoHo office every single day and most weekends, so I’d only be using the space to cook & sleep. And occasionally read. I play guitar sometimes as well. I have a full time job working for startup companies. Im also a professional actor so I do record self tapes from my bedroom and occasional VO work. I have very little stuff. Im super clean, wake up early to leave, and come back home around 7pm. My rule is as soon as I use a dish I clean it and dry it. If the trash is full I take it out. My goal is to come into your home and leave it just as good if not better than when I left it. And I’m very conscious about roommates, and have a great understanding of how to mesh well with/not disturb them. I give them privacy and I am great at communicating.

My current sublet ends June 8th so I am looking for a new home for June and following months. Willing to meet you in person to see if it’s a fit.
