I'm very clean and I like to keep everything put away in the common area. I drink occasionally on the weekends and would love to have a roommate who could go out with me and my friends. I love hanging out by the pool, and meeting new people. I love doing anything outside, I have a season pass to Six Flags, the only thing I'm addicted to is shopping. Dogs are okay as long as you sweep the floor regularly and clean up after them. I love cats, but I can't handle the smell so unless you have a cat that won't leave your room, no cats.

Decent sized room with connected bathroom and huge walk-in closet and oversized soaking tub. New carpet in the bedroom and hardwood floor in the bathroom and living room. Living room and kitchen already furnished. Third floor with balcony. Parking garage, with guest parking. You can park on the top floor and avoid the stairs. Dog park, restaurant, Subway, taco place, coffee shop, convenient store, gaming bar/scratch kitchen located downstairs in building next door. Two pools in courtyard of buildings. Outdoor grills and clubhouse with full kitchen, tv, pool table, and meeting space. Two gyms with a hot yoga studio. Dog park, community garden. Located on main bus route as well as metro rail within 50 yards of building. Walgreens, smoke shop, restaurants within walking distance. It takes about 5 minutes to get downtown, to The Triangle and The domain. There are so many amenities and anyone who comes over wishes they lived here, I'm sure I left out some so you have to see it to really see how great it is living here. I work Monday-Friday and I usually don't come home until about 6. I go out on the weekends usually so I'm not always home.
