Looking for One Female Roommate for a 2Bed Luxury Apartment!
Hi! Looking for someone that's interested in a short-term sublet (can be month by month or 3-4 months) starting December. It's the bigger room out of the 2 bedroom apartment. The current rent for the room is $1325 and I'll cover utilities.There's a beautiful rooftop, gym, and lounge area in the building as well. The apartment is already fully furnished so you do not have to worry about buying furniture. I'm a 23 year old girl that is easy going, loves plants, and staying in to have wine and cheese! I am not someone that always likes to bring friends over, so I am a good fit if you prefer to have a calmer living space!
