Available Room for Rent
Large, Furnished Room in Gramercy
I have a large, furnished, bedroom available March 1st in my Gramercy true 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. Rent will be $1375 - $1525/mo plus utilities ($125 - $150) depending on length of sublease. The room and the apartment as a whole are both very clean and quiet. An added bonus is that lack of need for a stair master as it is a 6th floor walk up, but definitely worth it (no upstairs neighbors and only share one wall.
I am usually out of the house by 8:30 and if I am home by 7:00 it was a short day. I am pretty laid back, respectful and while my room may get a bit messy, I am always conscious to keep the common areas clean. I do not cook often nor have guest without giving my roommate a heads up or asking if it's alright if it's an out of town visitor.
