Hi there! I'm Ash, 24 yrs. olds. I currently reside in St. Petersburg, Florida and will be moving to the Los Angeles area sometime between Mid/Late June to early July. I know its super early for me to find a place right now. But I would like to find a potential roommate now, so we could get to know one another.

A little about me:
I graduated from the University of Central Florida May 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education. I am currently a pre-school teacher, and plan on having a teaching job prior to moving to Los Angeles. I enjoy beauty and fashion; I even have a YouTube channel, which is one of the reasons I am moving to Los Angeles. I am extremely reliable, I'm a huge nerd. Love anime, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, all that good stuff.

I am looking for a FEMALE roommate; preferable 1 or 2 roommates. I would like a roommate who is also a friend. I am looking to live with someone who is around my age, clean, reliable especially when it comes to bills, pretty much someone I could have fun with :

Only thing I'm really worried about when finding a place would be: private rooms, private bathrooms (if able, if not no big deal), washer and dryer if available, PARKING is a must and a safe location. NO PETS
