Private bedroom with a fire escape for rent in a true two bedroom apartment in Spanish Harlem (106 ST/ 2nd ave). I am looking for another gay male student or professional, or someone who is gay friendly for a roommate. If possible, please be in the age range of 18-25, other ages are welcomed, but those ages are preferable. I would like to be able to call my roommate my friend, and possibly make this apartment into a home. I would not like my roommate to be involved with any heavy drugs nor smoking at all.

The apartment building is located next to a bodega, grocery store, laundromat, pharmacy, and countless other restaurants within a 2 block radius. The nearest train station is located on 103/lexington avenue, which is only a five minute walk away from the apartment.

The room itself is about 9 x 9ft with one window that connects to the apartment's fire escape, and it comes with a dresser but not a bed, and has a sliding door closet. I am looking for someone who will be able to sign on to a lease for 6 months, with a monthly rent of $1050 (negotiable) & a security deposit. Additionally, utilities range from $50-$80 monthly. No couples, references are required and serious inquiries only please. Well behaved pets are welcomed.
