Hi there,

My name is Josh and I am currently searching for a roommate who either is looking for apartments in NYC, or who has a room and is looking for a roommate. My budget is $1000-$1250 a month and I am looking for apartments in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Here is a little bit about me:

I am a 22 year old male who currently works as an IT Consultant in Times Square. I was born in Riverdale, Bronx and moved upstate to Dutchess County and completed my undergrad at the University of Albany. I enjoy weight lifting, video games, soccer, politics/daily news, movies, television shows, wine, finding new places to eat, and much more.

I do not have any pets, I do not smoke and I do not do drugs of any kind. I drink casually; on the weekends I will either be out with friends or home relaxing. I'm a great cook and can fix almost anything computer related. I am very clean and organized when it comes to shared and personal space.
