Hi, I am a landlord with a beautiful, updated, and fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom house for rent. The home is located in SE DC in Anacostia. It is a 10 minute walk from the Anacostia Metro stop and an 8 minute drive to Nationals Stadium and the Navy Yard restaurant and bar district. I have lots of pictures that I will happily share with interested parties and have a link to the advertisement for the property.
I am looking for one or more tenants. The full rent is $1,500. I'm open to 6 months or up to one year as a rental term. Again, I will not be living with you but am seeking tenants for my space.
