You would have an average sized room with a small walk in closet. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom, but it is detached. I have my own bathroom so I would never use yours, nor would any guests I have over. Living room has a futon and a tv, but is pretty empty other than that, so feel free to bring furniture if you have it! Your room and bathroom and not furnished. I am very respectful of private spaces and wouldn't enter your room without permission, and I expect the same. I am friendly and would love to spend time together sometimes, but I also like to keep to myself lots of times.
