The rent is $950, includes utilities. A one time security deposit of $950 is required, as well as completing both a background check and credit score check.
The room is spacious and has a dresser and night table w/lamp and queen size frame for a bed. All you would need is a bed for the room. You would have your own private bathroom. The house comes with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom also has a very nice jetted tub. The basement is in the process of getting a brand new carpet. The utility room has been recently painted very nicely. And there is a nice patio.
You will also have access to Rosamond Park right outside the house. The park has a charcoal barbecue grill, basketball and tennis courts. The clubhouse has both a pool and workout gym.
There is a lot to offer with this location. The transportation is great. It’s right off of I-25 and I-225, plus both the 65 and 105 bus are also available. The Southmoor train station is within a mile and a half of this location.
I am forty nine years old. I work full time. With my free time, I like to walk, exercise, cook, garden, clean, and go to the mountains in the summer. I don't smoke or do drugs.
I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke or do drugs. No pets please. Alcohol is okay in moderation, but no party goers. Guests are allowed over. But, please treat the house as if it were your own. I also want someone that I can talk to and get along with.
The move in date is June 17th.
