This location is actually in NE Magnolia, TX right by the intersection of 1488 and 149. It is a "guest house" but very roomy. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full patio. There is a private entrance and a big yard. The landlords live in front of the house and they have 2 dogs, very friendly and not noisey. The neighborhood is quiet except for a nearby train however it's a good distance away and not very loud. 20 minutes away from the Renaissance Festival and 30 minutes away from the Woodlands.
