I will be moving in October and was hoping to find a person willing to rent a 2BDR with me. I am a single woman with a full-time job in Rockwall. I am looking for a place on the east side of the metroplex. I am allergic to pets. I am looking for a woman (preferably, but would be ok with a man in a platonic only situation, no fwb inquiries please), no drama, steady job, pays rent on time, and clean. I am looking for a place where monthly expenses don't exceed $700/month for both of us. I will not be able to move until October and hoping to find someone to meet beforehand to see if we get along.
